One of the main reasons I became a New York State Home Inspector was to help people make an informed decision during one of the most exciting and stressful times in their lives. Before starting this career, I was asked by friends and family to join them and their chosen inspector to evaluate prospective homes. I have personally experienced real estate transactions several times, from the selling and buying perspective.
